Having all three new consoles (PS4, Xbox One, Wii U) I can safely say that all of them are lacking to a degree. Xbox One does well, but it just isn't really worth the price tag for what you are getting right now. Killer Instinct and Dead Rising 3 are great games, but these are games that can be done on Xbox 360. Ryse is decent and Forza is..well it's Forza. You aren't getting much out of the system as it stands right now.

I think its worth it, had ps3 beforehand and seen as though you now have to pay for playstation network I thought i'd go for the xbox instead, upto now I havent been disappointed

Considering the next gen consoles are going to be running over like a period of 10 years i suggest you do... just the feel of a xbox one controller is cool.

It is worth it, especially if you're really into multimedia devices. The Xbox One can do just about anything related to media :p.

Well you have got yourself in a pickle now haven't you? Everyone is going to have their own biased opinion on which console is better. This is a play station made site so more than likely people are going to say no xbox sucks. You don't ask for opinions you state the facts. How many of your friends have the Xbox one or how many of your friends have ps4? You buy what you feel in the long run will benefit your future entertainment. I, personally suggest buying the xbox one, but that is just me. Please let me know if you buy your Xbox one.

PS4 is def the better choice. The Xbox One is more expensive for worse hardware. Kinect ain't worth the extra money trust me.
