yes they been doing it for years but now its easy for them to do so as everything you do on xbox one gets recored so when you talk on the mic it gets saved on there servers. it sucks

and i know it gets saved on the server side as i read alot about voice and messages being saved on there servers by cnet staff when all this banning started about the video clips making.

the features on this new xbox just amaze me, it will be so good for like 9 year old squeaker so he doesn't learn new bad words.

Nothing gets saved server side, any personal info is stored on your console.

They only check/ban you if people have filed a complaint. Sony would probably do the same if they could.

this is why you buy a sony console
