Use a website like https://ytmp3.nu/1EFb5/ to convert the video into a downloadable MP3 file, download it on your phone, use any of the "ringtone maker" apps on the app store to trim the audio to a good ringtone length

You can try to extract mp3 from the YouTube video, then add into your devivce. Not too difficult.

you need to google " Youtube to MP3 ". Once you convert the song to mp3 you pretty much can do whatever you want with it
