Do you think these changes will better or worsen the experience for viewers and increase or decrease the views of YouTubers? Do you like the new look?

They dumbed down everything to make it look more simple, other channels like MysterGuitarMan look creative yeah, but if you put a channel like the Yogscast in this new design, say bye-bye to that awesome background. I can only imagine their reaction when they have their channel updated.

What in the hell is Google trying to do with YouTube? If they decide to rollout that new layout for everyone I'd lose all interest in YouTube. It is absolutely horrendous. Best of luck to Google and their asinine ideas.

I really dislike the new youtube layout.

I think the idea is that they're more focused on getting people to click on videos than the YouTuber showing off their (or the person they've hired) GFX skills :p.

I agree with you though, it's bland. It's basically just a list of videos.
