Happened to my with my Dead Space 3 videos. I fought the claims because they were invalid, and I won. This is an issue that's been brought up recently on YouTube. Many random companies are just flagging videos in an effort to make a quick buck. As long as it isn't the official game developer that's opened the claim on your video, I'd suggest you fight the claim.
