Once you’re in the network, you don’t need to go through the monetization process. Instead, what you will want to do is claim your videos. After you upload a video, the sooner you claim it, the sooner they’ll turn on the ads and the videos will start making money!
Claiming your videos is super important because it’s the way you’ll make money! You should do it the second your vid uploads. When you claim a video, you are confirming that you own the content in the video and that you will accept ads placed on your videos. As soon as you claim, the views start monetizing (aka start making money). If you don’t claim the videos, they will not count for monetization.
To claim, follow these easy steps!
1- Log in to YouTube
2- Go to the top right corner and click on the downward facing triangle
3- Click on Video Manager
4- Find the video you just uploaded (usually the first one on the screen) and click on Edit, which is next to the thumbnail
5- Underneath the video there are 3 tabs. Click on Claiming Options
6- Click the box where it says Claim this video
7- There are certain default settings that are automatically checked for you. We recommend you leave these as they are, especially where is says Syndication. You want as many people as to view you vids so make sure Everywhere is markedJ Otherwise, just click Save in the lower right corner.
8- Congrats! You’ve claimed your video. Now go make more ^_^ +Rep If Helped?

They claim themselves to give out money after the estimation of your first month's earnings. However, I highly doubt they are a profitable organization as they sound very fishy. I used to have an account that I ruined by joining this network, I wasn't receiving any request for payment info so I went ahead and sent them an email and they said you need to at least earn $100 and then they will start their payouts.
How about just apply for RPM as they have lowered their requirements and it is practically impossible to not get into RPM. They are a legitimate network and require payment info with tax forms and etc. as soon as you join.
