I am actually training in college to be a personal trainer, do you know what a ''Split Routine'' even is don't make me giggle.

At best you should look up YouTube as you have a channel which I say no one will watch because in your first video you
basically said ''' Look at me I am an attention seeking child ''' Like a kid would say to hid father while jumping into the pool,
furthermore you bragged and had a cocky attitude with your body language which no one wants to see.

A physical fitness channel is about getting into better conditioning and whilst achieving this showing progression of what you
have done and showing examples of how you made it happen teaching people the correct way's to do exercises to target
certain body parts where the muscle is located on the surface bone which is the technical terminology, also teaching the correct
science behind just going to the gym.

For example Nutrition basically the most important aspect of any Fitness be it weight lifting or cardiovascular training knowing
what the body needs to attain a certain physique or level of fitness, i.e How much protiene you need how much fats your body
requires the phosphorous levels it needs to be at, and the carbs as well as the calorie intake and deficit.

So next time you think your some amazing genetic freak which is 2 % of the whole earth's population for example Phil Heat look
him up lol then you will see actual definition and conditioning.

Basically the moral of the story is if you want to jerk off over your piddly little body please do it in the privacy of your home
because no one cares about a little brat thinking himself as something special when your actual not at all.

Lastly learn listen take the advice workout properly, get the wright gains they will show if you do and have fun child.


actually you scrawny fuck i do split routines and im entering my first competition next year. im the only one under 20 going and i bet ill still win.

Look, you look short, you don't look built, it looks like you just worked your bicepts and tricepts; something every other person here sees as well. What you show isn't something too greatly impressive, especially when you count that fact that you have low BMI.

Yea, I'm overweight, I'm 6ft 280lbs. I used to play football as a defensive lineman back when I was 260lbs. I've recently gained some extra weight from just being in college. To drop 65lbs isn't a difficult task, I've dropped weight like that before in the past; it's just dedication. Still, nonetheless; read what everyone else has to say in this thread and you will get what my point in.

Anyone can work arms day in and day out. Instead, why don't work out the rest of your body like you are supposed to. Btw, the muscle you show in your arms will all go away and you will have nothing to show the moment that you decide to stop working out for a couple of months.

Here was my workout when I played:

Bicept, Tricept, Shoulders, Chest, Back, Abs.
We would get a lot of natural workout of our thighs and calves from just practicing.

We did both weight workouts and just the use of your body working against your body.

Full out workout, took me as a 255lb person and made me 260lbs from fat to very muscular in 2-1/2 and by the end of the season I was still 260lbs but husky and strong. We saw kids like you work out the way you worked out; they were the ones that tossed the ball and caught the ball; they were thing but large arms.

I've got friends who were thin as hell and after 2 years of full body working out they are ripped, they no longer look thin. 130lb friends now 165lbs, low body fat, and all muscle. They can lift quite a bit of weight too.

You were going to try and impress us and instead you came off as a cocky kid showing off his arms on a gaming forum. A gaming forum? You just stated that because I'm a mod on a gaming forum that I must be a fuck fuck. If this is the perception that you have of me, I'd assume you have it of others and so much feel as if you are better than the rest of us.

If you continue to do your thing, you will have a good physique when you finish puberty, unless you want to take roids and HGH :P

Tbh no one here will sub to you lol. They clearly judge you based on what your physique is like and not about what fitness advice you will give... if you give any? Drack

Also you are too small compared to other channels which are a lot older than, therefore they will get more subs based on the statement above.

P.s. don't get too cocky

I am a scawny fuck eh, no I don't think so I am currently weighing at 250 pounds muscle not fat, I do an actual

As for you going into a competition, you won't even be as big as the girls watching there in the audience, you are

You have no definition in your upper body, your pectoral muscles, are a joke they do not protrude they are not defined

After reading your comments on the second page op, I have lost all respect for you.

Lets be real tea here. Your physique is decent for your age, but you are defiantly not jacked/shredded/or big.

Btw you need to work on your upper chest, core, entire back and probably your legs (since you didnt even bother showing them)
ohh yeah, you're a ginger so you'll still look fck ugly even when you're jacked aha srs look at carrot top
