First of all, you are not jacked or want ever statement you want to call yourself, you are 15 at your age
the body pumps massive amount's of testosterone through your body.
The reason it does this is because of puberty, your body is basically telling your muscles to grow as most
teenager's have a growth spurt up until 18 to the age of 19.
This dramatically increases muscle growth if you train your body and condition it, it looks like you came straight from
the gym, after doing mainly a bicep, back workout and in turn straight after the work out your body goes through
vascular blood transmission basically this means you had a pump, which means your muscles where inflated by the blood
that had been pushed into your muscles as well as oxygen resulting in a pumped out look which you had.
You are not buff, big, muscly, toned, or conditioned by the best part I would say you have been doing mainly biceps and
back machine workouts your core or center is weak not in proportion at all, which tells me you know nothing about physical
conditioning.
You would have done strength training and core training you would be in proportion to your over worked measly arms, lol
I am actually training in college to be a personal trainer, do you know what a ''Split Routine'' even is don't make me giggle.
At best you should look up YouTube as you have a channel which I say no one will watch because in your first video you
basically said ''' Look at me I am an attention seeking child ''' Like a kid would say to hid father while jumping into the pool,
furthermore you bragged and had a cocky attitude with your body language which no one wants to see.
A physical fitness channel is about getting into better conditioning and whilst achieving this showing progression of what you
have done and showing examples of how you made it happen teaching people the correct way's to do exercises to target
certain body parts where the muscle is located on the surface bone which is the technical terminology, also teaching the correct
science behind just going to the gym.
For example Nutrition basically the most important aspect of any Fitness be it weight lifting or cardiovascular training knowing
what the body needs to attain a certain physique or level of fitness, i.e How much protiene you need how much fats your body
requires the phosphorous levels it needs to be at, and the carbs as well as the calorie intake and deficit.
So next time you think your some amazing genetic freak which is 2 % of the whole earth's population for example Phil Heat look
him up lol then you will see actual definition and conditioning.
Basically the moral of the story is if you want to jerk off over your piddly little body please do it in the privacy of your home
because no one cares about a little brat thinking himself as something special when your actual not at all.
Lastly learn listen take the advice workout properly, get the wright gains they will show if you do and have fun child.

Now, I may not be in the best of shape but my body in it's natural overweight state would take your ass down no problem. You forget to work out your all of your torso and it seems like you skipped leg day.

You're looking good for your age, but you are still small (continue what you've been doing and you'll be looking jacked by the time you're 18/19)
also if you want to make it in the fitness world, you're going to have to hop on dat dere celltech srs (I'm not recommending it, just advice) And you have to put out videos with useful info. not just flexing like a phaggot in the parking lot
