But now i fear that my channel is going to get unpartnered because Support might not see the message.

So i was wondering if you get unpartnered do you still get the payments for the months you havent claimed for?

Read your contract. Your contract answers everything. One network can have one rule while the other can be another. I would think that you would still be able to collect as that was prior to this incident but unless they have a minimum requirement; then you should be good.
