It's got too much going on, all a thumb nail needs to do is catch a viewers eye and quickly explain the video. Make it simple, but it has to stand out. No reason to have your URL/logo in the top right.

I can't see the thumbnail because it's uploaded on the NGU server's for some reason I can' see it then :(
