Use tags in your description as stated above and use eye grabbing titles for your videos. Make your channel/videos professional as possible by using a HQ mic, thumbnails for your videos etc.

Use/buy views to give you a little boost.

It's called trying in life in order to get views. You work hard in your videos in order to get it. You don't get it in a single video in just a day, but when you keep uploading daily videos on YouTube, then it's going to attract the audience.
