I'd say that it wasn't just one user, it was multiple users. I'm sure you're aware that you can get websites which spam comments.

Not possible to continually block accounts - much easier to simply set up a new account if it didn't have many views/subscribers in the first place.

Hello Guys I Heard All Your Coments and ill like to say thank you to the people who are supporting me and some people did actually spam and i had 4,000 somthing views on my channel and now its all gone to waste

i have uploaded new videos and i made my very own intro out of scratch so please support me

As Josh said, it isn't possible to block certain users from your videos so the best thing to do would be start over.
