Nope it will not be a CFG menu, it has to be a RTM Tool or a very basic sprx which runs off button combos or something.

More than likely a RTM Tool IMO.

I know he used a CFW ps3 and a rtm lol I was wondering which tool and i guess its most likely going to be a DEX tool

More than likely I am not sure which tool it was that they used however I am pretty certain that it will be released shortly if not already on here.
