Hey ngu so i have got a method that will make you some good cash if done correctly and your lucky 
Requirements :
~Youtube Account~
~Video Editor (Camtasia, sony Vegas, Video Spin Blaster)~
1. Find Niche youtube video (Compare date of upload and Views)
==> Eg : Video is uploaded today, Views 1505 =Good video
==> Eg : Video is uploaded 1 year ago, Views 12 =Bad video
Niches are Easy to find in youtube.

Save video onto your Desktop for example

With Video Spin Blaster, there is an option to Make a Unique Video, so it's simpler (Add Random Pixels) [IMG]
Create 10 Unique Videos to start.
Then when it is finished, log into your Youtube Account.
4. Upload Uniques Videos and Create Titles, Descriptions, Tags different ! Don't use Same tags as the video you stole !!
In description, Include any link you want to promote (PPI, PPD Etc)
Eg : " Watch Full Clip HD 1080p : *******/exemple "
5. Monetize your videos in Youtube Account Settings.
Create 10 Unique Videos to start.
Then when it is finished, log into your Youtube Account.

PS : After a few days, remove the inactive videos ( -10 views ) and Retry Again with others Videos using this Method.
It's the Method that i use. Just find a good niche and not an Erotic video or a video with anything that's copyrighted... Which means you cannot monetize the video !
