(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone, just wanted to ask for a little bit of help as for as my settings go, and possibly a new software to record with. Currently I am using OBS and have the following (decent) specs:

Intel i7's 2.6 GHz
16gb RAM
GeForce GTX 960s

I know it isn't the best or even good for that matter, but for simple light recording what are my best settings/options?

Thanks, I already own a legit build of Vegas 13, also, why Camtasia? Why not OBS or Fraps or anything else?

fraps does not work on windows 8, 8.1 and 10. If you have windows 7 then fraps is goo cuse it eats up less of ur cpu

You can record at 60/fps with medium to high quality and probably 1080- 1440p because you got some decent specs
