You're 15 right? If you are applying for Youtube Partnership, you have to be at the legal age of 18 or get a guardian to apply for you. The many times you put illegitimate info or apply, lessens the chance of approving it. I almost got partnered with Youtube's program but declined because of the age requirement. Even the Individual Video Partnership ( Video Revenue ) was not allowed also because of my age...
