Bronze: Up to 5 min of recording = $3
Silver: Up to 10 min of recording = $6
Gold: 15-20 min of recording = $10
Platinum: Up to 1hr of recording = $35

Maybe he wanted it to be kept simple. Not all montage's have to be in your face about editing. I'd rather see good clips then all FX's in my face.
