Banners, livestream, more views, custom thumbnail, etc... I don't know much more ^^ But I have a question: Can you get partnered by Machinima (example) if you bought views/subs/likes?

You get a banner, livestreaming, custom thumbnails, ect. You don't have to worry about being click bombed and being banned from adsense which is great. I you have problems with your account or youtube they have contact with Google to help resolve them, compared to you trying to do it yourself.

You could, but there would be almost no point as you would be getting no money if everything on the channel is fake. Nobody would be clicking ads.
