Dont want to be mean but your BG is quite horrible.

Don't want to be mean or anything but your background is terrible, there's a spelling mistake (Gameing should be Gaming). Also, there are plenty of partenring networks out there all ready, so why not start off as a community channel to build up your fanbase, subscribers and view count before starting to offer partnerships to people.

If he was going to change everything about the site, why would he bother buying one? He'd be better off making a new one & not to be mean, but your site isn't worth 500k.

I would suggest working on the channel itself before trying to expand.
