If you ever plan on getting partnership at all. Do "Not" buy any youtube account with a copyright strike. Those channels can never be done.
Also, if you have a channel you will be better off botting up 1K subs yourself because 99% of anything on this site is botted.

50$ for that channel! That's crazy, that channel has like 0 active subs. You can tell straight away the views/subs are botted. Like come on now a video with 22k+ views, 247 thumbs up, and only 1 comment with 1,457 subscribers. Oh, and another video with 11k+ views and no comments.

You wouldn't get more then 15$ max for that channel.
