Well, Paypal live support is not available in my area, so I was never able to contact them to have them remove the limit. So I'm selling it because I don't need it.

They asked for a photo ID, and since the account was changed under my name I just submitted a photo of my license. However, you can change it by going to your profile settings and clicking "Name Change" then select "Business/Ownership" or something like that. I don't remember exactly what it said when I tried.

So we need a photo ID? if so only you can use that account bro... Hope you sell
