I don't know if you mean DLC by patches? But if you buy something from PSN, it must match your game disc region. If your disc is US the DLC must be US or it will not work. Not 100% sure if that is what you ment...Hope it helps :y:

No offence, but you won't be able to get a $20 PSN card for that account.. Sure it has $20, but it isn't the same as putting it on their own account. The value of the card is gone once you've added it to an account..
