Of course it's possible, just work out how people did it on old cods or look at the xbox way (I'm sure they have it already) and then port it to ps3/AW

If you're looking for explosive bullets now, look no further. There is a sniper (the third from the top) that shoots an explosive round if the second shot is close by. Best part is, it doesn't require a tool lol. I know this isn't what you asked for, but its the best we can do for now.
