(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I recently jailbroke my iPhone 3GS with Spirit, worked very well, took a few seconds. I then decided I wanted to deleted (nevermind why). So I restored my iPhone via iTunes. Everything went back to normal and it was fine.

I now realise I want Cydia back, so I've tried to jailbreak in the same way, but every time I get "Cannot locate package" when I try to change theme, and many other errors when doing anything else.

I have restored my iPhone and tried again (after putting all my stuff on again) and also tried jailbreaking with just stock things on there, but there is still the same problem.

Could anyone help? P.S. my iPhone has just frozen :confused:

Yea that happened to me... I had a iPod touch 3g on FW 3.1.2 and jailbroke with blackra1n. When spirit was released i updated my ipod to 3.1.3 so i could have it untethered. Now cydia wont let me download anything or add sources. So i just use rock!

wat is 1.3.1?

what do you mean you just use Rock? why is that better? also, i'm new to the iPhone so i dont know what 3.1.3 does.

Rock is faster. And you said 1.3.1? Did you mean 3.1.3. Thats your iPhone Firmware

i have a similar problem using cydia with 3.1.3
i get an error, halfway through the install. i just switch off to rock afterwards so that it can fix the problem.

I think cydia has lots of bugs with 3.1.3

If you dont mind, What are you using? iPod or iPhone?
