To jailbreak, do the following:

Step 1: Download this You must login or register to view this content.
Step 2: Plug in your iDevice
Step 3: Click on "Make it ra1n"
Step 4: Follow the instructions to have your device put into DFU mode
Step 5: After you jailbroke your device, install Cydia, you might not see it right away, if so, you need to reboot and should be fine
Step 6: Have fun mofos

Just did it on my itouch 4g but for some reason i try installing cydia and it installs but nothing happens

EDIT: NVM works after a reboot. Thanks sooo much

ya when u finish jailbreaking, just install cydia then reboot then you'll be fine

Not thats not the case, geohot's JB is better but does not use the same exploit, so the dev time has to hold back now for a while as they probably wont want to burn 2 perfect exploits in one update. They said that them selves in their IRC channel
