I suggest wiping your iPod clean with a DFU restore. Also switch computers.

2 Thing to start you off if they don't work then quote me back ill find the other part that worked for me when redsn0w got stuck on uploading ramdisk its probably the same thing.

1. Run as Admin
2. Run in Service Pack Mode.
