Yeah, this morning it was dead, so here I am trying to fix it. I held in the home button while I plugged it in, so it showed the connect to itunes screen. I am trying to get it out by doing the same thing with the home button (it has worked before), but so far no luck. I think I will just have to restore it. No jailbreak for me! But it's progress! Do you know how to get it out of recovery mode, or is my ipod just deleted?

Ohh right, that sucks! What iOS could you restore to? I don't think they will change it, which sucks since iOS 5 will be out soon, and it will rock! To bad you probably will miss it

Yup. I should just get like the iphone 5 when it comes out, that shouldnt be getting obsolete anytime soon! I have 4.2.1, the latest version available.
