the only way to officially register ur iphone is through SAM, and SAM is a jailbreak tweak, so u have to actually inject Cydia into the OS, of u dont know how, then u have to get the decrpytion keys from iphonedevwiki.com then decrypt the firmware find 038-1025-007.dmg, open it up get a raw copy of Cydia, inject it in, repack firmware, then restore it using iTunes. Thats how i did it
