i don't know, but i have SIM in it

then it's a GSM so put your device on dfu mode and download You must login or register to view this content. and then when it's downloaded open itunes and it will say an error that your iphone is kinda broken (thats good) then download You must login or register to view this content. and when it see your iphone (on tinyumbrella) click start TSS server and open again itunes if it's closed and press shift and restore (on itunes) and select the frimware you've downloaded
