I can understand what you mean, however I'm really talking about this on a numbers level. There is no doubt a very popular basis on which their products are made for, however their future is uncertain. Just about a month ago Apple slid about 4 percent (which is like 50 billion) in a single day and investors are becoming more and more uneasy about the company as a whole. They still haven't quite recovered and are still having very bad days when it comes to their stocks.

Apple will never plunder. That I am certain of.
Well that is an awfully bold statement, and yes to be fair I know that there is context to this quote.
I don't know how you can really say that for certain, Apple has been sliding down a slippery slope for a few months now really. I mean they have released all of their new products for 2012/2013 and they are still not making as much profit as they used to. They have also lost a HUGE amount of market share. Android is now above 72% of the mobile market, and growing.
Apple is also about to post it's first profit decline in the last 9 years. People everywhere are reporting that Apple's profits have already peaked, indicating that it might be downhill from here. Now of course for Apple this would be a very slow and graceful fall from grace, however nevertheless none of the numbers are lying. Just look at what has happened to Microsoft, they were the Titanic of the tech industry, and they too have plummeted. Nevertheless, they are still around and kicking, however they are nowhere near where they used to be.

Another change that I have noticed with Apple is that not everything is as polished as they used to be. Jobs didn't let a thing leave the company until it was perfected. The company now just puts out like a whore. Of money.
Oh boy is this unfortunately true. I remember how proud I was when I owned my iPhone 4. Sitting there in all of it's glory, saying how "Nothing could ever part me from this perfection." I'm probably being a tad overdramatic when I'm saying this, but I still really do love Apple. With the rushed production of the iPhone 5S and the rushed production of Apple Maps, I began to worry about Apple loosing its touch. I think that the iPhone 6 will be something huge, it's really why I think they're rushing 5S sales to milk the market because they know that Johnny Ive is going to tear away the boring iOS look and put it back with the competition. I really hope that Apple continues to live, and thrive in the ecosystem. However I do feel that Apple really needs to stop suing left and right and deal with competition the proper way, making a product that is better.

i think that they should release there software so that any laptop or pc can have there software on it and they should make really good update to there software. they would make so much more.
Apple would never do that, and I don't blame them at all. Owning a Macintosh is a completely different experience. With a Macintosh, everything is beautifully made; the aluminum unibody, the beautiful glossy screen and outstanding battery life. Oh and for the love of God don't forget that outstanding trackpad. The outstanding OS. It comes as a surprise to most people who know me when I say that the only laptop I will ever own will be one made from Apple.

you lot are complaining about IOS let me put it this way.. Think how much windows has changed since windows 97.. it has been improved upon, becoming more stable in each update. Think how many years it has taken for them to completely change it to a new GUI like windows 8?
Windows 8 was made from WP7. I can understand what you mean, however Windows is completely different. Windows is an operating system that has to work for every PC on the planet. It has to be compatible with thousands upon thousands of different hardware combinations and it has to work 99.9999999999999% of the time. There is very little room for failure. That's why you see when an OS is rushed (Vista) it does not work properly. It took Microsoft 5 years to make Vista, and they still couldn't get it right. iOS is very light, and very small compared to what Microsoft has to deal with. It doesn't take long to add widgets to a homescreen or to redesign the notification center. I think they could release an update in a matter of days when it comes to these things.

i am certainly not complaining, iOS is the best OS on the market. It may be requiring a face lift soon, but nothing major.. The products they produce are insanely good, i can say that from good standing ( proud owner of iMac, iPad, iPhone, iPod ). I Can't think of any other company that has produced products of this caliber to such a wide audience. I mean, come on.. Name another company who have such high stats on Laptop, Phone & tablet sales? . The iDevices all work perfectly and are so easily syncable now thanks to iTunes cloud storage.. imo Apple are miles ahead of the competition!
Okay, I think I'm going to have a tough time convincing you
No but honestly, if it works for you it works for you. I can understand why you enjoy iOS as I once did. The problem for me was that I want to feel like I am in control of what I buy. I was sick and tired of looking at boring old rows of icons. I wanted a different theme for each day of the week. I wanted to not have to turn my phone on to see if I got a notification. I wanted the ability to remove my battery and replace it so that I could have literally unlimited time of usage on long flights. I wanted the choice of using an unlimited amount of SD cards on my phone to watch movies and consume more content. I wanted a huge display so I could easily read text and watch great HD videos on it. It's obvious that our priorities are different from one another, and if you are happy, then it doesn't matter.
