Well you know how mobile substrate doesn't work? But you can install it (have to reinstall every reboot) well almost every tweak and or jailbreak app uses it. It's like a 3rd party engine , my description is a bit bleak but anyway, if you bootstrap it, it basically runs upon boot every time which takes away a huge hassle. This app wouldnt work for me either until I did it. I don't remember the exact source just google it , I did it yesterday

alright thanks i actually found the source and now it works if it doesnt work for anyone else here

Then click the respring app that shows up on your phone
It will reboot, if it get stuck on the apple logo, dont worry, just restart your phone
and it should work.

everything worked on my ipad + iphone till i restarted my ipad.
(iphone still works / didnt restart)
now only cydia works , even appsync dsnt work anymore
When i re-installed mobile substrate almost everything worked again

same happened to me when i tried to install that bootstrap every app rebooted my phone so i unistalled it and updated cydia and works perfect
