Well yes, and the iPhone 5S runs on a ARM 64bit so developing tweaks and MS will be harder.

some of the new iAP crackers/freepurchases still ask you for the ID and password an you click cancel and it works im not to sure if its the same for this but it shouldn't. Also keep in mind this jailbreak came out quite early so not all sources and packages will be up to date so you might have to wait for them to have no bugs this should be 2-3 months
