-use Localiapstore from cydia, source: system.in-appstore.com/repo
-Buy coins, Promote ( do not close out of the app ) , Get Followers
As you can see I left it on for about 20 minutes and I got 64 followers, it's pretty effective in my opinion! [ATTACH]29211[/ATTACH]

-Log in with your instagram account
-Go to 'Buy Credits'

For the Popu app. They've updated the app. You can install Flex2 from Cydia (cracked too) and search for pre made patches to stop you from updating, free coins ect.
