Follow4follow just says failed when i try to buy coins

i get the same fail msg.

I downloaded the LocalIAPStore from the repo and I still try to buy coins from follow4follow but it says failed

Go to Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit > Add > Type in the source.

Once you've added the source, click on the repo and search for the LocalIAPStore tweak and install it.
