I would be pretty pissed off too if you made my phone fucked up and what not. I don't blame them.

Simply restarting an iPhone remotely doesn't fuck up your phone. But I guess all minds think alike.

How could you possibly know what the long term damage could be? It may not hurt the phone at all, but it may really be effecting it.
