(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i got my ipod on christmas and jailbreaked it using Blackra1n
It 8GB and came with 3.1.2

now every time i turn it off i have to use blackra1n to restore it..

is there anyway to stop this..

yes you have one of the newest ipod/iphones in production. The way the information was "pushed onto" the device has been hampered as apple attempts to stop us from jailbreaking and unlocking our devices. If it came out of the box with 3.1.2 then it might be a minute until it is figured out...I recommend refurbs if your going to jailbreak. you can restore them to 3.1.0 0r 3.0

your stuck bro ... the new ipods and iphone have some sort of little chip that doesnt let it get exploited stuff like jailbreaking to be avoid by owners and maybe soon there will be a new jailbreak program but you are stuck for now

Wait till there is a release for 3rd Gen from RedSnow. Thats what I did mine with and didnt have any problems, until I restored my ipod cause the apps screw up alot when jailbroken.
