For example:
When i hover over main mod it says "> Main Mods <"
Then when i hover on something else main mods will be "Main Mods"

Can someone explain how to do this please?

depends on what base your using but if u look at the scrollbar under InitialisingMenu(or alternative name)
u can switch self shader for self createtext and center the text and space out the brackets.
but different bases have different names and setups
