Yes that's easy you just add this...
self.background.achived = true/false and that toggle the background from being see and not being seen

I dont understand what you mean...how do I make it so they cant see...where in the menu do I put this

settext is all over the menu....maybe in the openmenu and closemenu??

i saw some menu called "stealth" (i dont know how to make it "stealth") where it was invisible in killcam (and spectator), only host can see the menu ^^
