You could use Red-Eye's GSC decompiler, but 90% of the time it doesn't even work for me lol

That's because there are other ways to compile that makes it undecompliable or whatever.

Unless you know what was used to compile the gsc then you are not going to decompile it dude. So editing is deemed as impossible.
