I'm guessing it doesnt support ccapi 2.70 most tools dont. I would use 2.60 if your firmware supports it.

Im on CEX 4.78 last time I tried to convert to dex I lost my jailbreak and fucke dup everything so I am scared to downgrade to a lower firmware lol. Can you link me to the correct one to download?

yeah going to the latest version of jailbreaks is never a good idea. Theres never support for 2.60 ccapi or anything. If you ever are able to downgrade and go to any firmware go to 4.75.3 Rebug cex then convert to dex using rebug toolbox its a simple process

That's how it is after converting from CEX to DEX! Your unable to sign in due to that error popping up! That error means that your CID is invalid/banned! You can choose to set your CID to become permanent every time you boot up your PS3 by using CCAPI or you can try out the other method, which is to change your active PS3ID through rebug toolbox! You can find this at the last row second to the last column in rebug toolbox! Click on it and pick CEX, then exit out of it! Make sure to do this while offline and also delete any history after using a homebrew app/.pkg file, then sign in! Hope it helps!

tHANKS! Im having trouble downgrading my firmware, I went to one of the stickies with all the rebugs but Im notsure which one to download for me, Im on CEX... All i can see is REX or DEX, I tried the REX with two different firmware version pup files and both were invalid installations.

Is your LV2 Kernel and Target Type both set to CEX in rebug toolbox? For CEX you'll need to install Rex and for DEX you'll need to install D-Rex! No problem!

Im downloading kik as we speak mate so you can help, I found out that I have to downgrade to firmware 3.55 CFW , THEN upgrade to rebug 4.65 so I can use CCAPI. Is this true?
