You are most likely using a debug eboot, which because of disabling perk/clantag check, it will display these issues. You can try a retail eboot, and it may resolve your problem. Moved to BO2 GSC Questions.

Is there a way to get like a clean eboot for bo2 because i forgot to back it up

Do a barrel roll!
As Frosty Mentioned, the eboot, get a new one, happens to me when i use Paradox on Black Ops 2, Vision goes black when you use a zipline, noclip, on someones version of zombieland how it loads from the sky etc. its not the game mode or menu, its most likely just the eboot, get a new one and it should be fine.
