What this allows you to do is go into online games (whether you're host or not doesn't matter) and use these mods NOTE: This only works on a jailbroken PS3 with DEX firmware!!! Here's a quick picture of the tool:

• Target finder through walls
• Constant UAV
• Player model color changer
• Big names
• Names through walls
• Text on screen

Same, I haven't ever been banned except when I tried to load a zombie eboot and it banned me straight away.
