What this allows you to do is go into online games (whether you're host or not doesn't matter) and use these mods NOTE: This only works on a jailbroken PS3 with DEX firmware!!! Here's a quick picture of the tool:

• Target finder through walls
• Constant UAV
• Player model color changer
• Big names
• Names through walls
• Text on screen

I can confirm this working but it will freeze ur ps3 when u go back to the lobby after loading this up while a in match

The .dll is packed with it, you shouldn't need it. But you need to have CFW on your PS3 and it needs to be on DEX. You should then be able to use this.

Thanks. As far as I know, it doesn't ban fast. I've had people use it for hours with no problem. Just make sure you make your own debug eboot because the eboot is the main reason why people get banned fast.
