Hey there NGU, Natsu has already made the eboot builder, and also taught him a little on how to do it as well, He is a friend to me and i do respect him, so if he ask me to take this down, I will.

Reason on why I'm Posting this... Natsu hasn't really updated his tool that much and some of the offsets were incorrect... frankly the CEX eboot wasn't generating so I'm here to release this EBOOT Builder, and it may be useful for some people..

Note this does have a working probation bypass!!

this probly isnt something you wanna hear, but i found a bug. Not too sure what option causes it but i enabled everything in red, and VSAT & Redbox, debug eboot. went into lan party to test something and as soon as bots spawned in my ps3 froze

That is weird..... have you tried public match?

The fact it took people this long to change both
probation_public_enabled
and
probation_league_enabled
to false makes me really worried for this community lol.

Great Job, but found a couple of bugs, VSAT, laser, and Protected chars don't work. but great job on everything else Smile
