Hey there NGU, Natsu has already made the eboot builder, and also taught him a little on how to do it as well, He is a friend to me and i do respect him, so if he ask me to take this down, I will.
Reason on why I'm Posting this... Natsu hasn't really updated his tool that much and some of the offsets were incorrect... frankly the CEX eboot wasn't generating so I'm here to release this EBOOT Builder, and it may be useful for some people..
Note this does have a working probation bypass!!

Well i used the offset rather that the dvar o.O But i been in and out of the community.... I don't mod or have any type of game system anymore. I just got really busy with college

Everytime i build an EBOOT, when i bring it over and replace the older EBOOT, and start a game, the system freezes. what am i doing wrong? Do certain features when checked together make the game crash?
I tried enabling anti ban only, thinking maybe certain mods were conflicting, but there is another problem because i still freeze with antiban only enabled.

Use the t6mp if the eboot psn is the same one I made awhile ago is for psn version

i didnt try any eboots made from this tool yet but they should work
im still using my eboot from the org version
