Right to unban yourself follow these instructions.
1). Go to settings.
2). Date and time settings.
3). Go on date and time and set manually.
4). Change the time to a year back, save it and go on to Black ops 2 and you have unbanned yourself.
This is only temporarily so you'll keep having to change the time a year back.

Omg.... Just got a 6 day ban on ps3. Figured what they f. So i tried it. Lol. Tryarch you fools. 100%LEGIT WORKING On. PS3

Another way which I've used personally was; delete Nuketown if you have it installed (works for both, if you don't have it you don't delete it, simple) and then join a friend who is in a Nuketown game, it'll kick you to the menu with an error and then just click play online and bang! You're in.
