Right to unban yourself follow these instructions.
1). Go to settings.
2). Date and time settings.
3). Go on date and time and set manually.
4). Change the time to a year back, save it and go on to Black ops 2 and you have unbanned yourself.
This is only temporarily so you'll keep having to change the time a year back.

yes it does.. i tried it today on friends account just change the date

Does your rank stay when your unbanned?

not by me , but my friend have it.
he was banned at the same time

i do the glitch 2 days after ban and he have done it on the same day
maybe it have to do when u r doing it, but im not sure

My rank stayed but it says my KD is 0.2 and win loss 0.3
And I kept my days played
