Right to unban yourself follow these instructions.
1). Go to settings.
2). Date and time settings.
3). Go on date and time and set manually.
4). Change the time to a year back, save it and go on to Black ops 2 and you have unbanned yourself.
This is only temporarily so you'll keep having to change the time a year back
.
