After 1.08
From what I have learned you do the glitch the same as before but as soon as you get in the lobby go to player channel.
(If you freeze that is how they tried to patch it. You have to go to player channel faster.)
1. Get friend to load random game in custom game.(He Stays in the lobby)
2. Hover over public match.
3. Hit Triangle and Square to join his session
4. Spam X.
5. Your friend leaves as soon as you join.
6. Should be in a custom game and say waiting for more players.
7. Invite people and have fun :>
Confirmed by me.
For your friends to be able to stay BOTH people must have the same game mode loaded
(person in custom games and the person doing the glitch must load the same game)
If your getting kicked every time I think it is because of connection speed.
Try and get a friend with good connection to do it.
Also the person/people who are going to join must join your friend who in custom game and then back out and wait for you to invite them.
That will fix them for getting kicked.

Anyone else having problems with the XP and unlocks staying unlocked after turning off the console? Tried it three times, played TDM, didnt score too much, think it was like 90 kills, 17 deaths, 11k points, basically all I done was the bloodthirsty for 2 guns to get gold but when I turn off my console they're locked again 
is there a trick to make them stay unlocked? Any help is appreciated

It works on ps3!! Has been working on ps3 for a long time.. i run this glitch on the ps3 everyday...lmao

The XP cap count not only for kills but challenges and accolades to stop at like 40 and the you can slowly increase till a max of around 70

I'm doing it every day on PS3
i do Domination with 2-4 player and the XP Trophy Glitch :

this is very good to rank up and the points will save ( i made 28.000 points) by 30.000 u get a kick.
On Leaderboard in domination i have over 900 points a minute HEHEHE
and i do FFA unlimited time and points with Friends make up to 150 kill's
and it will sticky also (not sure if the points stick, have to try today)
Perfect to rank up your guns
if there are over 30 people who want a vid for PS3, then i will make a vid for you on PS3
my language from the game is german cause i'm from Austria
but i translate it for you guy's
