ok so first off your going to want to download these 3 following things:

dlc pkg:
uk users> You must login or register to view this content.

us users> You must login or register to view this content.

heres the all important rap file (you better appreciate this :p) :
uk users> You must login or register to view this content.

us users> You must login or register to view this content.

reactpsn 2.23:
You must login or register to view this content.

then you will want to install the reactpsn and the dlc pkg's, put the rap file on a usb in a folder called exdata and then put the usb in the far right usb port, create an account and then sign in and activate the system from account management (this needs to be done only if you do not already have a valid act.dat on your ps3 you can check by looking in the exdata folder on the users at hdd0/home/xxxxx) then you will need to create another new user called aa, run reactpsn and if all goes well your ps3 should reboot and you will see that the aa user has now change to reactpsn v2.0 1rif 0edat and thats it your done

someone said that when u click the link it says not allowed if this happens just use a download manager like idm or j-downloader

REA for those who are havng problems try to use this app and tut with the unmodded rif(you dont need the original act.dat any valid act.dat from the ps3 your trying to use will do) just get your act dat and your idps which is in the settings info on multiman, then follow the rest from here :You must login or register to view this content. and use this rif: You must login or register to view this content. once youve made a rap for your idps and your act.dat continue with the reactpsn hope this helps those with problems

if youre STILL having problems with reactpsn(which you shouldnt as the second method i posted has fixed the problem for 2 people i know of) then use this thread and installed a modded edat instead You must login or register to view this content. <credit to hello00417



NOTE: us rap is just a throw together to see if it could activate the us users maps aswell

you put your act.dat and you make a .txt and inside of that you need to put your idps (start multiman then goto settings/system info and it will then display your idps) write that into the .txt you have made and save as idps with no extension then you put these two files into the exdata folder of the program then you put the rif alongside the .exe, start up cmd and then just copy what you see on the pics btw the directory he uses at the beggining can be found by opeing up the folder where the tool is and then clicking on the adress this will highlight it and allow you to copy and paste into cmd once you have completed this you should have a new rap ready to use for your idps and your act.dat just use react psn as normal and it should fix this problem you are having

I made all those things but when i run the cmd, the black thing appears and disappears in 1 second, i can't read anything.
And no .rap has been created.

I run the notepad then i put the number with or without "-" ?

run cmd as admin and it will stay open

That one would be harder because you would need someone who has that patch installed when buying the DLC.

BLUS rap will work, aswell the rap i posted should at least work for uk fr and psn version, any luck on getting your rif onto your cfw ps3?

I looked and found NPUB31054 1.07 official update wit fix already... then you use BLUS31011 DIE rise DLC, But, I guess it has to be 3.55 fix before I can see it. lol... I guess, because of the EDAT.. That needs to be fix or something...
